Taking IP-6 (inositol hexaphosphate) will help to prevent and treat cancer.

IP-6, also known as myo-inositol hexaphosphate and phytic acid, is being touted on the Internet and in health food stores as a "cancer fighter." It's a naturally occurring carbohydrate found in whole grains, cereals, nuts, and legumes. It's also found in most mammalian cells where it assists in regulating a variety of important cellular functions.

Both animal and laboratory studies have shown IP-6 to have anticancer effects against colon, liver, breast, and prostate cancers.

But currently, there are no human studies of IP-6 for cancer treatment or prevention.
