Phenocane is the brand name used by several herbal products being promoted for pain relief. The products vary in the type and amount of herbs they contain, but the usual main ingredients are curcumin, boswellia, and phenylananine.
Curcumin seems to inhibit COX-activity and boswellia might reduce inflammation and slow cartilage damage.
