Two new antibiotic EAR drops will soon hit the market...the first new ones in over 20 years.
First will be Floxin (ofloxacin) otic solution...then Cipro HC (ciprofloxacin/hydrocortisone) otic suspension.
Both Floxin otic and Cipro HC will be used for EXTERNAL ear infections. They're comparable to using Cortisporin otic drops.
