Plavix (clopidogrel) to prevent recurrent heart attacks or ischemic strokes
Sanofi and Bristol-Myers Squibb are promoting Plavix (clopidogrel) to prevent recurrent heart attacks or ischemic strokes.

Plavix is slightly more effective than aspirin...and causes slightly less GI bleeding.
