A new analysis suggests that using digoxin in WOMEN with heart failure might do more harm than good.

The analysis shows that women taking digoxin might have a 6% HIGHER rate of death compared to women who don't take the drug.

It's not clear why women on digoxin would do worse than men. But there are several theories.
