Glaxo is now promoting Coreg (carvedilol) for heart attack patients who have decreased heart function.

Coreg is the first beta-blocker APPROVED for reducing the risk of death in these patients.

Some reps will say it's better than the "old" beta-blockers... metoprolol, atenolol, propranolol, etc.
