Xyzal Allergy 24HR (levocetirizine) will compete with other "second-generation" oral antihistamines on OTC shelves.

It's the fourth to go OTC...after loratadine (Claritin, etc), cetirizine (Zyrtec, etc), and fexofenadine (Allegra, etc).

Desloratadine (Clarinex, etc) will remain Rx-only for now.
