You'll notice more efforts to clamp down on the use of muscle relaxants (carisoprodol, methocarbamol, etc) for back pain.

Most muscle relaxants are considered high-risk in older adults because of concerns of sedation and fracture risk.

Now some patients are being steered to baclofen or tizanidine instead...because they're low-cost and aren't on the Beers Criteria.
