Ubrelvy (yoo-BREL-vee, ubrogepant) and Reyvow (RAY-vow, lasmiditan) will be new oral meds to treat acute migraine in adults.

Expect them to be saved for when patients don't respond to, or can't take, triptans (sumatriptan, etc).

Ubrelvy is the first med in a new drug class called "gepants."
