It’s for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT)...where patients have sudden, intermittent episodes of fast heartbeats, often with other symptoms, such as palpitations, shortness of breath, and dizziness.

Etripamil is a fast-acting calcium channel blocker that’s similar to verapamil. These both slow the heart rate.
