Novartis is introducing a new OTC called Tavist Sinus that DOESN'T contain the antihistamine clemastine...just acetaminophen and pseudoephedrine.
Many companies extend their product line this way...using their brand name for products that DON'T contain the expected ingredient. For example, Bayer without aspirin...Mylanta without antacid...Kaopectate without attapulgite, etc.
