Azopt (brinzolamide) is a topical carbonic anhydraseinhibitor...similar to Trusopt (dorzolamide). These drugs lowerintraocular pressure by reducing the production of fluid in the eye.

Azopt works as well as Trusopt...with less stinging and burning.
