You'll see FDA warnings about combining triptans (Imitrex, etc) with serotonergic antidepressants (Prozac, Effexor, etc).

This is a common combination. Depression and migraines often occur together...and antidepressants are used to prevent migraines.

The concern is that combining these drugs may lead to serotonin syndrome...but it seems to be very rare.
