We're hearing about confusion with generic substitution, especially for drugs with multiple brand names.
It depends on the drug...and what your state allows.
Some states allow using any generic...as long as they are the same drug, strength, and dosage form. But most states require using the "Orange Book" ratings (AB, BX, etc) as a guide.
