The recent packaging problem may result in a stray tablet of one opioid pain medication ending up in the bottle of another pain med. For example, a Percocet tablet may show up in a bottle of Opana ER...or an Endodan tab may show up in a bottle of Zydone tablets.

This can cause big problems if the wrong pain med is taken...and can lead to confusion if a patient sees more than one med in their bottle.
