There'll be more confusion about concentrated insulins...Humalog U-200, Toujeo U-300, Tresiba U-200, and Humulin R U-500.

In general, concentrated insulins work the same way as their nonconcentrated forms. The main difference is usually that they provide the same number of insulin units in less volume.

For example, Toujeo provides 300 units/mL of insulin glargine...while Lantus provides 100 units/mL.
