Opzelura (ruxolitinib) 1.5% cream will be a new Rx for eczema.

It's the first TOPICAL "Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor" to treat eczema (atopic dermatitis), an itchy inflammation of the skin.

Expect Opzelura to be saved as a last resort for patients 12 and older...after topical steroids (hydrocortisone, etc) or other topicals for eczema (Elidel, Protopic, etc).
