The 12.5 mg tablet will be prescribed as a once-daily add-on therapy for adults already on at least 3 other meds for blood pressure.

Be aware that aprocitentan is only available through a restricted distribution program. And it has a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS)...due to the risk of birth defects.
