new IV immune globulin called RespiGam
You'll see a new IV immune globulin called RespiGam...formulated to prevent Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) disease in children.
RSV is the leading cause of pneumonia in infants. Those at highest risk are premature infants...and children under age two with lung disease.
RespiGam is given to these high-risk children once a month during the RSV season...November to April.
