    The problem of lead in calcium products is popping up again. Lower federal limits are being proposed.

    Calif. already has stricter standards. Now the state is suing the manufactures of several major brands that EXCEED the limit...Rolaids, Di-Gel, Os-Cal 500, Caltrate 800, GNC Oyster Shell and Dolomite tabs.

    But this is controversial. Calcium naturally contains lead...so do milk and many other foods.
