Exelon (rivastigmine) now comes in a once-daily PATCH for treating dementia in patients with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's.
It's used ONCE a day...instead of the BID oral formulations and costs about the same as the capsules you're used to seeing.
Exelon patches come in 4.6 and 9.5 mg. But these patches actually have 9 mg and 18 mg of drug in each of them.
