The FDA just approved Rescriptor (delavirdine), another antiviral for HIV...from Pharmacia & Upjohn.

Rescriptor is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI)...similar to Viramune (nevirapine).

These drugs inhibit reverse transcriptase...the same enzyme that is inhibited by AZT.
