Janssen is changing the name of Reminyl to Razadyne... to avoid dispensing errors.

There have been serious mix-ups between Reminyl (galantamine) and the diabetes drug, Amaryl (glimepiride)...some leading to hospitalizations and deaths.

These names look and sound alike...and both come in 4 mg doses.
