You'll see a new drug for ADHD, Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
Vyvanse is actually dextroamphetamine bound to lysine. It's inactive until GI enzymes cleave off the lysine.
The idea is to reduce its abuse potential...since Vyvanse is not likely to be effective if people try to snort or inject it.
