Nicotrol NS, the first nicotine NASAL SPRAY

The FDA just approved Nicotrol NS, the first nicotine NASAL SPRAY. It'll be out later this year from McNeil...the same folks who market the Nicotrol patch.

Nicotrol NS works about as well as nicotine patches to help smokers quit.

The difference is the nasal spray is absorbed FASTER. This relieves cravings faster...but it can also cause addiction. The FDA recommends that patients use it for only 3 to 6 months.
